201 Stainless Steel Tube
•The stainless steel tube is the preference when critical applications call for higher working internal pressures and enhanced corrosion resistance in extreme environments.

• The 201 stainless steel tube can be supplied in BA, Mirror, No.4, HL surface finishes.
• 201 stainless steel pipe can be used in decorative pipe, industrial pipe, some shallow tensile products used. -
304 304 Stainless Steel Tube
• 304 stainless steel is the most versatile and widely used of all stainless steels. Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, weldability and corrosion/oxidation resistance provide the best all-round performance stainless steel at relatively low cost. It also has excellent low-temperature properties and responds well to hardening by cold working. If the potential for intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone exists, 304L is recommended.

316 Stainless Steel Tube
• 316 stainless steel tube is normally used in gas, aerospace, food and beverage, industrial, cryogenic, architectural, and marine applications. 316 stainless steel tube has high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, including in marine or extremely corrosive environments. It is stronger, though less malleable and machinable than 304. 316 maintains its properties in cryogenic or high temperatures.

• 316 also provides excellent mechanical and corrosion properties at sub-zero temperatures. When there is a danger of corrosion in the heat-affected zones of weldments, the lower-carbon variety 316L should be used. -
409 Stainless Steel Tube
• Grade 409 stainless steel is a Ferritic steel that offers good mechanical properties and high-temperature corrosion resistance. It is commonly considered as a chromium stainless steel, with applications in exhaust systems of automobiles and applications that demand weldability.

• Grade 409 steels are also available in highly stabilized forms, such as grades S40930, S40920 and S40910. The stability of these grades is provided by the presence of niobium, titanium, or both, in the composition of steels. -
410 Stainless Steel Tube
• Grade 410 stainless steel tube contain a minimum of 11.5% chromium. This chromium content is sufficient enough to demonstrate corrosion resistance properties in atmospheres, steam, and chemical use. Grade 410 stainless steel tube are often supplied in hardened but still machineable condition. They are used in applications where high strength, moderate heat, and corrosion resistance are required.

• Grade 410 stainless steel tube display maximum corrosion resistance when they are hardened, tempered, and then polished. -
430 Stainless Steel Tube
• The 430 Stainless steel tube is made from 430-grade stainless steel, the most popular ferritic stainless steel non-hardenable available. The 430 stainless steel tube has good corrosion, heat, oxidation and decorative characteristics.

• 430 has limited weldability and should not be used in the as-welded condition for dynamic or impact loaded structures. Being a ferritic material, 430 has the potential to suffer brittle fracture at sub-zero temperatures. It should not be used in cryogenic applications.
